Waikiki is more affordable compared to other regions of Oahu. Restaurants, cafe’s and convenience stores are all walking distance from your hotel.
North Shore is great if you want to ditch the crowds and have a more authentic Hawaiian experience. This area of the island is about 1.5 hours from Waikiki and typically costs more $$.
Ko Olina is very nice, but very expensive compared to other areas of the island. Popular hotels include Disney Resort and 4 Seasons.
